Graduate students from Case Western Reserve University's Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences conducted a neighborhood survey in 2015. Students formed study groups around four topics: Youth & Education, Safety, Business and Retail, and Housing. Noble Neighbors participated as volunteer property survey partners and in focus groups.

This is the report of the student studies and from property surveys and census data.

Many, many thanks to Dr. Mark Chupp, Assistant Professor, the Mandel School of Applied Social Science and Nina Holzer, Project Manager, the Center on Urban Poverty and Community Development for seeing an overwhelming project to a stunning presentational form.
