So what happens next? The Noble Road Corridor Planning Project has been given to the cities of Cleveland Heights and East Cleveland. Each city has already been considering what portions of the project can be engaged immediately. Look for placemaking installations.

Both cities are already considering how the larger parts of the project can be implemented. Of course, that involves bigger issues - financing, property ownership, business recruitment and development, and more. It also means that there's still room for revision in the plan. The ball is in our court to keep this project moving! Keep your voice in it!
FutureHeights is leading this project to propose plans for the revitalization of the business districts along Noble Road. Noble Neighbors is a partner in this project along with the City of Cleveland Heights, the City of East Cleveland, NOAH (Northeast Ohio Alliance for Hope) and NELA Park. Together we are considering visual and functional points of unity for four business districts: The Triangle District (Noble, Warrensville Center and Mayfield Roads), Noble-Monticello, Noble-Nela, and Noble-Euclid.

This project is OUR project - it belongs to the people who live and work along Noble Road. While we are using consultants to help us with the technical aspect of creating this proposal, It is OUR input that is driving this plan. EVERY voice is critical to help us shape the proposal into a plan that will work for us as a neighborhood. Please do review the presentations that have been made so far and do attend the next public meeting.
