What attracted you to the Noble neighborhood?
     The affordable housing, friendly people, walking neighborhoods for my pups and I.
     The house design was charming, the street was attractive, and it was affordable.     
     39 Years ago it was one of the better neighborhoods in CH
     The corner lot, affordability, nice neighbors.
     Cheap rent for large apartment and it is still in Cleveland Hts
     The architecture and the neighbors
     Charming houses, proximity to University Circle, diverse population
     The diversity and years ago 30 to be exact we had lots businesses and was considered a great area. The elementary and middle schools were within walking distance for our children.
     The ranch home laundry room and bathrooms on first floor at a price we could afford. Also, the beautiful quiet streets in the Quilliams area.

     Affordable housing in established neighborhood
    Oxford Community garden
    Large, inexpensive home that a single woman could affort AND the diversity of the neighborhood - Older people who bought homes in the 50's to young professtionals buying their first home, people with small children, teens, and some with no children, also culturally diversity. 

     Each home is unique and built in a time where quality and craftsmanship were important. The neighborhood diversity has remained a key factor in why i remain.
     It's a neighborhood full of houses with interesting features and it's close to museums, health care and shopping. It's also affordable and neighbors are welcoming.



What should be included in a Noble neighborhood flyer that 
real estate agents will use to find buyers for our neighborhood homes?
     Affordable, interesting, established homes
     Pictures that include the unique features inside many of the homes built on this side of town, as well as pictures of some of the charming streets with children playing on them, or people walking along the sidewalks.
     Point out streets with tons of stability in the residents.
     Low price of living, beautiful old homes, location: closest to expressway of any part of Cle. Hts.
     Many professional people live here, working and retired. Our neighborhood is culturally diverse and is represented by many different ages and family groups and singles. We are building community!
     Great housing for the dollar, location, easy living
     We need to let people know that it is safe.

     Beautiful well maintained homes with great city services.

Community gardens = young families
     The activities of NN is very important - shows our sense of community. But also include list of community gardens, our nice parks with facilities like tennis courts etc., and the Rec Center, Cain Park, the hot shopping and restaurant areas, the diversity of the city from large mansions to nice smaller, affordable homes and cultural diversity.
     
Unique homes with affordable pricing. An active neighborhood organization that has been valued by city officials, officers, and educators because they volunteer to work in all aspects to promote the city by making our Noble Neighborhood prosper.
     
The beautiful trees and ravines in the area.
