They've removed all the debris and have graded the property for green space. The former eyesore now is a site (and a sight) for sore eyes! While the snow blew sideways in almost zero visibility conditions at times, we were warmed by Investigator O'Haire's gracious host services. The walkways and parking lot was clear, the building was warm and the coffee was hot - perfect for returning to our "home base" after a morning a logging property conditions and uses. 

We're very grateful to the Cleveland Heights Police Department for making this facility available to us for our neighborhood study. Captain Barnard provided working space and technology support for our training. He allowed us to use the kitchen space to make coffee and offered a smile and helping hand for every request. The new trash bin looks great! I left a message for him, he promptly returned my call and acted on my request. This really makes one feel great about our city staff and aids in our motivation to continually look for ways to improve and maintain our neighborhood.  I will share my positive experience with my friends and certainly with our Noble Neighbors group as an example of seeing something and reporting it to the appropriate agency and getting results!
